DRUG ABUSE AMONG ADOLESCENTS AND WOMEN

Imagine waking up to a mentally derailed generation and an environment full off not green beautiful flowers but a certain type of flower called khat. Wow that will be depressing isn't it. Well those who care about the mental health of women and adolescents will be highly concerned on that day. But we don't want to wake up to that day because we need a developmental generation and development is in the hands of young people because they are the future energetic generation. There is a huge concern about the high rise of drug abuse among adolescents, women and other school going youths. 

WHAT LAME EXCUSES HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT OF DRUG ABUSE

I believe the reasons taught during science lessons are all valid. Remember passing time being listed among the reasons people drink and smoke. I don't want to end on passing time. I want to give more points that Young people and women always use in supporting drug abuse

Forgetting problems

It is actually true that problems can be forgotten after drinking but then it is also a fact that after drinking, the problems are forgotten but the same person will wake up sober the next day and remember the problem

Gaining energy

Did you know that people take cannabis in order to gain energy. Some one on this drug can dig a huge garden for you but then what's the use of the energy when mental health is destroyed

Socialization

When agemates meat, they want to accommodate habits that maintain their resemblance. This is common among teenagers; they all smoke during their hangouts or drink. This is often done as a culture

Sign of maturity

Did you know that adolescents, youths and women believe that drinking or smoking is a sign of maturity. If one can puff some harsh cigarette smoke or drink a few quantities of liquor, then he definitely qualifies to join the adult club

There are quite a number of feck reasons young people and women give for drug abuse and we just cannot buy more of them. As a generation focused on maintaining health, we need to work hard to make sure that, these lame excuses do not lead to a mentally derailed generation.

BEHAVIOURS OF A NARCISSIST

So we've come across people who behave in a way that we don't understand; these people may seem friendly and yet overly controlling, above all they just step on our toes, they are extremely annoying. They love arguing about what barely is important, commanding unnecessarily, finding fault in others and judging a lot. With narcissists finding peace becomes hard even if you are a peaceful person.

What are the behaviors of a narcissist?

Narcissists don't apologize easily

Do you know that narcissists don't easily apologize even if they are on the wrong and if they do, they always complain later about how you were complaining and made them to apologize. These people barely have a conscience, they appear nice but let conflict be there, you will curse the day you met them. Some don't apologize but instead find a way of criticizing you in order to make you be the one to apologize, some narcissists apologize while wanting to benefit. Narcissists by the way know that they are in the wrong and will make a joke about it. I have just given a live example in this video

Narcissists think they are perfect

Narcissists believe they are never at fault, that's actually why they don't apologize. They believe what they say or think is the correct idea and so they have this habit of criticizing other people. If they are Christians, they will believe they never sin and that the rest are sinners. If they are co-workers they will believe their  ideas are the most perfect. 

Narcissists criticize a lot.

Starting from the tone of your voice to the way you are dressed, a narcissist will just deliberately destroy your day. You can never have peace. The day you will practically say you don't know how to sing and then when you perfect your voice, they will tell you give up. They are designed to damage people's self esteem. There was once a girl who learnt how to dance and her husband told her no, you don't know how to dance, this is how to.

Narcissists are unnecessarily irritable.

They get irritated over what doesn't exist and love creating assumptions for no reasons. If Bob is a narcissist and his beautiful sister Hellen decides to give him his own copy of the key to the house, Bob, will think his sister is trying to chase him out of the house because he is becoming an inconvenience, which is not true. 

Narcissists make expensive jokes

They don't have boundaries and so they will crack jokes which are actually annoying. They will joke about your mother's ghost coming back if she's late

Narcissists lack empathy

If you sad, they will face the other side and concentrate on their movie and never say sorry or comfort you. And on the day they feel like sex and you fall sick, they will curse the whole world and get annoyed with you, instead of focusing on your recovery. They are in short terms extremely selfish.

Narcissists love fantasizing a lot.

Even if they are not working, they will think about the most gorgeous house with 100 floor they are to live in the next month. I once had a friend who in his sick bed would call people asking for huge amounts of money or expensive items because he claimed God didn't design him for cheap things even if he couldn't afford

Narcissists envy others a lot

They are jealous of every successful being out their, including you if you are their friends and so they tend to get annoyed when they see someone successful.

Narcissists didn't end in the Napoleonic error. By the way, did you know that narcissists don't wear a gloomy face all the time, they are actually nice people who every body would wish to live with.

What's your thought on reincarnation

 I am writing this all sleepy and that but trust me I am really interested in this. So tell me, have you heard about reincarnation. The topic was introduced to me by a friend and it's something I am so interested in. I read something about a child of 3years or so claiming that he had a wife somewhere and boom, investigations begin and it's all real.

 

Wow, I would love to reincarnate one day and start a new life more carefully. Do you actually believe in reincarnation? Imagine your child was a product of reincarnation, what would you do?

WHY YOU SHOULDN'T TRUST ALL INTERNET ADVICE FOR YOUR RELATIONSHIP

Hello, I would love to prevent someone's relationship from not being destroyed today by the Internet. I am not a psychologist but from experience I have actually turned out to be one of late because of experience. Want to know why writers say you should not seek the internet for advise? it's because the internet is like a collection of books dumped on the floor; you either find the best or find the worst and in your search you are most likely to find the worst, because every body has his or her own opinion. 

Just because someone's ex ghosted because of cheating doesn't mean your boyfriend is also ghosting because he is cheating. Please don't go and pour a whole bottle of acid on the face of someone's son just because what you read somewhere is what you are thinking is correct. Well it may true but is it worth it? Think about it, is it really true?

A possible alternative

Men and women undergo through a lot; someone may not want to speak to you because she or he is in another world thinking about her recent job loss or even problems at home; as humans our minds are prone to different sorts of dilemma and can easily be diverted into another form of world 

What to rule out?

I am not going to tell you what you rule out when you are worried about your relationship but I just want you to be extra careful while following advise from various bloggers; after all it's mostly all about money; have you thought that he could be delaying to marry you, just because  he wants to wait a few months to meet his plans to grant you a decent life; by the way life is not only about marriage

What do you have to save?

Save your relationship from unnecessary research and avoid living in assumptions. Wait, if he or she loves you, he will come around
